Early ISD's Food Service Department is excited to provide parents our meal reporting and online payment system, Nutrikids. View your child's cafeteria purchases and set low-balance alerts -- all completely FREE.
This service provides parents the ability to view your child's cafeteria purchases and account balance through a web site called MyNutrikids.com. This history report will show you all dates and times that your child has purchased a breakfast and/or lunch within the past thirty days.
Also offered is a convenient, easy and secure online prepayment service to deposit money into your child's school meal account at any time. By having money in each child's account prior to entering the cafeteria, we find the lunch lines move along much faster so your child has more time to eat and be with friends.
Things to know:
• You can still pay-per-meal and pre-pay with cash/check at your cafeteria. If you choose not to take advantage of the online prepayment service you may continue to make payments via cash or check.
• Even if you have more than one child in the District, you only need one MyNutrikids account.
• Creating a MyNutrikids account and viewing your child's cafeteria purchases is completely FREE.
• In order to use the online prepayment service, a convenience fee of $1.75 per transaction will be assessed to cover the bank fees. Early ISD will not profit from the use of this site.
• Payments may be made through a PayPal account or with a major credit or debit card only. The minimum prepayment amount is $10.00 per transaction (total sum of prepayments for all of your listed children in a single transaction). NOTICE: please allow 2-3 business days for PayPal or debit card transactions.
To access these services:
1. Go to www.mynutrikids.com or just click on the "MyNutrikids Login" link from the "Nutrition & Health" section of the Early ISD website.
2. Create your account. The instructions listed below will guide you through the easy online account set up process.
We are very excited to offer these services, in direct alignment with EISD's Strategic Plan/Safe and Healthy Environments priority, and are confident this system will benefit you, your child and our District.

Registering for your FREE MyNutrikids.com account
1. You will need your child's name, student ID number and school ZIP code. The student ID is printed on each student's report card, in ParentConnection and on the student ID cards. You must enter the full 6-digit ID code (2 zeroes followed by 4 more numbers).
2. Go to MyNutrikids.com and enter the required information.
3. Click Complete Registration to finish the initial registration process.
Add Students to Your Family Account
1. When you log in to MyNutrikids you will be taken to the homepage.
2. Click "MyStudents" from the main menu OR from the blue navigation bar above. This page will list the students in your account. It will be empty on your first visit to the site.
3. Click "Add Student" and enter the required information.
4. Click "Add next" to your child's name to continue. Click "Add Student" to repeat the process for additional children.
How to Make a Deposit
1. Click "Deposit Money" located next to "Add Student".
2. Enter an amount in the Deposit column next to your child's name.
— If you have more than one child, enter the amount you wish to deposit into the column next to each child's name. DO NOT deposit money for your entire family into ONE child's account.
3. Click "Calculate".
4. Click "Make Deposit".
5. You will be directed to the PayPal web site to enter your payment information.
— You have the option to use your existing PayPal account or a major credit card to make your payment. For your protection, MyNutrikids.com will not store your financial information. NOTICE: please allow 2-3 business days for PayPal or debit card transactions.
6. Click "Pay Now" when finished.
7. Click "Pay" once again to finish the process.
8. You are finished! You will be automatically redirected to the MyStudents page within MyNutrikids.com.
